      以225/45R17轿车子午线轮胎为研究对象,研究胎肩花纹沟数量对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:当胎面花纹的纵向沟槽角度、深度和饱和度不变时,在一定范围内,增大胎肩花纹沟数量,轮胎滚动阻力和胎肩部位的温度均呈下降趋势,胎面磨损趋向均匀;低负荷条件下,增大胎肩花纹沟数量,轮胎侧偏刚度提高;胎肩花纹沟数量对侧向松弛长度的影响随着负荷的变化发生变化;当胎肩花纹沟数量为60和80个时,轮胎噪声声压较大。
英文摘要:
      Taking 225/45R17 passenger car radial tire as the research object,the influences of the numbers of the shoulder grooves on the tire performance were studied.The results showed that,when the longitudinal groove angle,depth and block/total ratio of tread patterns remained unchanged,increasing the number of the shoulder grooves within a certain range leaded to a decrease in tire rolling resistance and temperature at the shoulder area,and a more uniform wear of the tread surface.Under low load conditions,increasing the number of the shoulder grooves could improve the lateral stiffness of the tire.The influence of the number of the shoulder grooves on the lateral relaxation length varied with the changes of the load.When the numbers of the shoulder grooves were 60 and 80,the tire noise pressures were relatively high.
