      研究双末端改性星形溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)在电动汽车轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与单末端改性SSBR相比,双末端改性星形SSBR的门尼粘度较大,苯乙烯基和乙烯基含量相当,相对分子质量分布较窄;在电动汽车轮胎胎面胶中加入双末端改性星形SSBR,胶料的加工性能、分散性、耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能和干湿地制动性能提高,同时滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of double-end modified star shaped solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR) in the tread compound of electric vehicle tire was studied.The results showed that compared with single-end modified SSBR,the Mooney viscosity of double-end modified star shaped SSBR was higher,styrene and vinyl content was comparable and relative molecular mass distribution was narrower.By adding double-end modified star shaped SSBR in the tread compound of electric vehicle tire,the the processing performance,dispersion,wear resistance,wet-skid resistance and dry wet braking performance of the compound improved,while the rolling resistance decreased.
