      针对胎面、胎侧复合挤出线温控设备(尤指冷喂料挤出机)加热耗电远超理论值的问题,设计节能管控系统,以FX5U PLC 为主控,采集温控回路固态继电器导通时间,计算单位时间导通率并对比识别异常;同时在冷却水进水管装水流开关,监测到加热时冷却水流即报警,形成双重防护,触摸屏实时展示数据。经实际应用验证,挤出线改造后加热节电效果显著。

      Aiming at the issue that the heating power consumption of temperature control equipment (especially cold-feed extruders)on the tread and sidewall composite extrusion lines far exceeded the theoretical value,an energy-saving control system was designed.FX5U PLC served as the main controller to collect the on-time of solid-state relays in temperature control loops,calculate the on-rate per unit time and compare it with the theoretical value to identify anomalies.At the same time,a flow switch was installed on the cooling water inlet pipe,which triggered an alarm when cooling water flow was detected during heating, thus forming dual protections.The touchscreen displayed real-time data.It was verified through practial application that after the modification of extrusion lines, the daily heating energy savings effect were significant.
