      对含有硫化剂DTDM和促进剂DPG的全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶配方进行环保化研究。结果表明:与生产配方胶料相比,使用环保型促进剂DPG代替促进剂DPG,胶料的硫化速率加快,抗硫化返原性变差,硬度和拉伸强度变化不大,生热相当;通过加入模量增强剂并取消硫化剂DTDM和促进剂DPG,胶料的硫化速率减慢,硬度降低,拉伸强度变化不大,生热提高;通过加入HMMM树脂并取消硫化剂DTDM和促进剂DPG,胶料的拉伸强度变化不大,生热相当,过硫程度高和硫化返原问题得到缓解,成品轮胎的耐久性能满足国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The research on the environmental protection of shoulder pad compound formula containing vulcanizing agent DTDM and accelerator DPG for all-steel truck and bus radial tire was conduced.The results showed that compared with the production formula compound,by using environmentally friendly accelerator DPG instead of accelerator DPG,the vulcanization rate of the compound was accelerated,the reversion resistant was reduced,the hardness and tensile strength changed little,with equivalent heat build-up.By adding modulus enhancer and removing vulcanizing agent DTDM and accelerator DPG,the vulcanization rate of the compound slowed down,with a decrease in hardness,little change in tensile strength and an increase in heat build-up.By adding HMMM resin and removing vulcanizing agent DTDM and accelerator DPG,the tensile strength of the compound did not change much,the heat build-up was equivalent,the problemof the high degree of over vulcanization and vulcanization reversion were alleviated,and the durability of the finished tire met the national standard requirements.
