      研究炭黑改性低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR)在轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:与顺丁橡胶(BR)相比,LCBR的门尼粘度较大,相对分子量分布较窄,玻璃化转变温度较高;在胎侧胶中以LCBR等量替代BR,胶料的门尼粘度、交联密度和300%定伸应力增大,生热降低;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求,滚动阻力 降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of carbon black modified low cis polybutadiene rubber(LCBR) in the sidewall compound of passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with butadiene rubber(BR),LCBR had a high Mooney viscosity,a narrow relative molecular weight distribution and a high glass transition temperature.When LCBR was used to replace BR with an equal amount in the sidewall compound,the Mooney viscosity,crosslink density and modulus at 300% of the compound increased,heat build-up reduced.The high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire met national standards,while the rolling resistance reduced.
