| 采用热重分析仪对硫化胶中油含量进行定量分析。结果表明：对于无法预估油含量的胶料，可先通过3.5 ℃·min-1的加热速率进行测试，然后根据试验结果，对于油含量大于10%的胶料用2 ℃·min-1的加热速率进行测试，对于油含量小于10%的胶料用8 ℃·min-1的加热速率进行测试；该方法对环烷油含量的测试误差均在1.00%左右，且测试重复性良好，对环保芳烃油含量的测试误差在2.00%左右。 |

| The oil content in vulcanizate was quantitatively analyzed by using a thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that for the compund with unpredictable oil content，a heating rate of 3.5 ℃·min-1could be used for testing.Then，based on the test results，for the compund with oil content more than 10%，a heating rate of 2 ℃·min-1 could be used for testing.For the compund with oil content less than 10%，a heating rate of 8 ℃·min-1 could be used for testing.Using this method，the testing error for the content of cyclic oil was around 1.00%，and the testing repeatability was good，and the testing error for the content of environment-friendly aromatic oil was around 2.00%. |
