      采用热重分析仪对硫化胶中油含量进行定量分析。结果表明:对于无法预估油含量的胶料,可先通过3.5 ℃·min-1的加热速率进行测试,然后根据试验结果,对于油含量大于10%的胶料用2 ℃·min-1的加热速率进行测试,对于油含量小于10%的胶料用8 ℃·min-1的加热速率进行测试;该方法对环烷油含量的测试误差均在1.00%左右,且测试重复性良好,对环保芳烃油含量的测试误差在2.00%左右。
英文摘要:
      The oil content in vulcanizate was quantitatively analyzed by using a thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that for the compund with unpredictable oil content,a heating rate of 3.5 ℃·min-1could be used for testing.Then,based on the test results,for the compund with oil content more than 10%,a heating rate of 2 ℃·min-1 could be used for testing.For the compund with oil content less than 10%,a heating rate of 8 ℃·min-1 could be used for testing.Using this method,the testing error for the content of cyclic oil was around 1.00%,and the testing repeatability was good,and the testing error for the content of environment-friendly aromatic oil was around 2.00%.
