      分析井下矿用全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎冠脱层的产生原因,并提出相应解决措施。带束层表面和基部胶粘性差、成型过程中带束层与基部胶压合不良、胎面缠绕过程胶条粘性差、胎坯存放不当及硫化工艺不合理等均会导致轮胎胎冠脱层,通过采取严格控制胶部件挤出工艺、半成品部件的存放时间和成型时的温度与湿度以及优化胎面缠绕工艺和轮胎硫化工艺等措施,有效解决了轮胎胎冠脱层质量问题。
英文摘要:
      The causes for crown delamination of underground mining all-steel off-the-road radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.These such as poor adhesion between the belt surface and base compound,poor compression of the belt and base compound during the building process,poor adhesion of the rubber strip during the tread winding process,improper storage of the green tire and unreasonable vulcanization process could all lead to tire crown delamination.By strictly controlling the extrusion process of rubber components,the storage time of semi-finished components and the temperature and humidity during building,as well as optimizing the tread winding process and tire vulcanization process,the quality problem of tire crown delamination had been effectively solved.
