      介绍轮胎半成品部件截面气孔率检测设备及其应用。该设备基于C++语言和QT架构,利用机器视觉、图像处理以及YOLO系列的深度学习算法,对半成品部件截面的气孔进行检测识别,可提取出气孔以及拍摄到的整个截面的像素面积,从而计算出气孔率,在保证检测精度的同时极大地提高了工作效率。
英文摘要:
      The detection equipment for porosity of cross-section of semi-finished components of tire and its application were introduced.Based on C++ programming language and QT framework,this equipment used leveraging machine vision,image processing and YOLO series deep learning algorithms to detect and identify pores on the cross-sections of semi-finished components of tire.It could extract the pixel areas of both the detected pores and the entire captured cross-section,thus the porosity was calcultated.The detection accuracy was ensured as well as the work efficiency was significantly improved.
