The detection equipment for porosity of cross-section of semi-finished components of tire and its application were introduced.Based on C++ programming language and QT framework,this equipment used leveraging machine vision,image processing and YOLO series deep learning algorithms to detect and identify pores on the cross-sections of semi-finished components of tire.It could extract the pixel areas of both the detected pores and the entire captured cross-section,thus the porosity was calcultated.The detection accuracy was ensured as well as the work efficiency was significantly improved. |
