      研究低生热助剂DC-02在低滚动阻力全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中添加0.3~0.5份低生热助剂DC-02后,胶料的加工性能满足生产要求,模量和交联密度增大,60 ℃时的tanδ显著减小,动态生热降低,轮胎的滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of low heat build-up additive DC-02 in the tread compound of low rolling resistance all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that,after adding 0.3~0.5 phr low heat build-up additive DC-02 in the tread compound,the processing performance of the compound met the production requirements,the modulus and crosslink density increased,the tanδ at 60 ℃ significantly decreased,the dynamic heat build-up decreased,and the rolling resistance of tire decreased.
