| 介绍305/30ZR26 109W半钢子午线轿车轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径?838 mm，断面宽?313mm，行驶面宽度?275 mm，行驶面弧度高?12.4 mm，胎圈着合直径?663.9 mm，胎圈着合宽度?305 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）?0.474，胎面花纹为对称形式，花纹深度?8.7 mm，花纹饱和度?66.56%，花纹周节数?41。施工设计：带束层采用2层2＋4×0.22HT钢丝帘布，胎体采用1层1670dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布，采用二次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关标准和开发要求。 |

| The design on 305/30ZR26 109W steel-belted passenger car radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 838 mm，cross-sectional width 313 mm，width of running surface 275 mm，arc height of running surface 12.4 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 663.9 mm，bead width at rim seat 305 mm，maximum width position of cross section（H1/H2） 0.474，symmetric pattern for tread，pattern depth 8.7 mm，block/total ratio 66.56%，and the number of pattern pitches 41.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：two layers of 2＋4×0.22HT steel cord fabric for belt，one layer of 1670dtex/2 DSP polyester cord fabri for carcass，using double stage building machine to build tires，and hydraulic curing press to cure tires.The results of the finished tire tests showed that inflated peripheral dimension，strength，endurance and high-speed performance of tire met the requirements of relative standards and development. |
