| 研究新型多功能助剂ICK-01在全钢重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:加料顺序对胶料性能影响较大:将氧化锌在终炼时加入,可以显著改善胶料的动态生热性能,降低轮胎的滚动阻力;将氧化锌在二段混炼时加入,胶料的抗硫化返原性明显提高,耐老化性能改善;加入多功能助剂ICK-01后,胶料的门尼粘度升高,焦烧时间缩短,硫化速度加快,模量和抗撕裂性能提高;当多功能助剂ICK-01用量为0.5份且调整加料顺序时,可以有效改善胶料的动态生热性能,降低轮胎的滚动阻力。 |

| The application of a new multifunctional additive ICK-01 in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tires was studied.The results indicated that the feeding sequence had a significant impact on the properties of the compound.Adding zinc oxide during the final stage of mixing could significantly improve the dynamic heat build-up performance of the compound and reduce the rolling resistance of the tire.Adding zinc oxide during the secend stage of mixing could significantly improve the anti-vulcanization and anti-aging properties of the compound.After adding multifunctional additive ICK-01,the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased,the scorch time was shortened,the vulcanization rate was accelerated,and the modulus and tear resistance were improved.When the dosage of multifunctional additive ICK-01 was 0.5 phr and the feeding sequence was adjusted,the dynamic heat build-up performance of the compound could be effectively improved and the rolling resistance of the tire was reduced. |
