中文摘要:
      采用气化法制备氧化锌LPZ-80(简称LPZ-80),并对其在橡胶硫黄硫化体系中的活化作用进行研究。结果表明:与间接法氧化锌相比,LPZ-80的粒径小,比表面积大,活性高,更易在橡胶中分散;在橡胶硫黄硫化体系中,随着LPZ-80用量的增大,活化作用增强,在满足胶料性能要求的前提下可以减少氧化锌用量。
英文摘要:
      The zinc oxide LPZ-80(referred to as LPZ-80) was prepared by gasification method and its activation effect in the rubber sulfur vulcanization system was studied.The results showed that compared with indirect zinc oxide,LPZ-80 had smaller particle size,larger specific surface area,higher activity,and was easier to disperse in rubber.In the rubber sulfur vulcanization system,with the increased of LPZ-80 dosage,the activation effect was enhanced and the amount of zinc oxide could be reduced while meeting the performance requirements of the compound.
