      研究改性氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(MCSM)在全钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎侧胶中以MCSM部分替代天然橡胶,胶料的FLFmax减小,ts2t90延长;硫化胶的硬度变化不大,定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度减小,拉断伸长率增大,耐臭氧老化、耐屈挠疲劳和耐天候老化性能提高;轮胎外观质量得到改善。
英文摘要:
      The application of modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber(MCSM) in the sidewall compound of all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that when the MCSM was partly used to replace natural rubber in the sidewall compound,the FL and Fmax of the compound decreased,the ts2 and t90 were prolonged.The hardness of vulcanizate changed little,the modulus,tensile strength and tear strength decreased,the elongation at break increased,while the ozone aging resistance,flexural fatigue resistance and weather and aging resistance properties improved.The appearance quality of tires had been improved.
