介绍355/25ZR24 110Y超高性能半钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 782 mm,断面宽 386 mm,行驶面宽度 336 mm,行驶面弧度高 20 mm,胎圈着合直径 613.1 mm,胎圈着合宽度 355 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.496,胎面采用非对称花纹和非对称节距设计,花纹深度 7.8 mm,内侧花纹饱和度 67.38%,内侧花纹周节数 74,外侧花纹饱和度 72.08%,外侧花纹周节数 88。施工设计:胎面由胎面胶和基部胶组成,2层带束层均采用2+4×0.22HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2-100聚酯帘线,采用二次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、高速性能和滚动阻力均达到国家标准及相应设计要求。 |

The design of 355/25ZR24 110Y ultra high performance steel-belted radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 782 mm,cross-section width 386 mm,width of running surface 336 mm,arc height of running surface 10.78 mm,bead width at rim seat 355 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 613.1 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.496,using asymmetric pattern and asymmetric pitch design for tread both sides,pattern depth 7.8 mm,block/total ratio of inside pattern 67.38%,number of inside pattern pitches 74,block/total ratio outside pattern 72.08%,number of outside pattern pitches 88.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread was composed by tread compound and base compound,using 2+4×0.22HT steel cords for two-layer belt,using two-layer 1100dtex/2-100 polyester cords for carcass,using two-stage building machine to build tire and hydraulic curing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire performance showed that the inflation peripheral dimension,high-speed performance and rolling resistance performance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standard and corresponding design. |
