研究炭黑粒径对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑的比表面积越大,其粒径越小;随着炭黑粒径的减小,SSBR/BR并用胶的门尼粘度、Fmax和Fmax-FL增大;硬度、拉伸强度和撕裂强度提高,耐磨性能提升,回弹值整体呈减小趋势,压缩疲劳温升增大;大粒径、低比表面积炭黑填充SSBR/BR并用胶的Payne效应更弱,60 ℃时的损耗因子较小。 |

The effect of carbon black particle size on the properties of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)/butadiene rubber(BR) blends was studied.The results indicated that the larger the specific surface area of carbon black,the smaller its particle size.As the particle size of carbon black decreased,the Mooney viscosity,Fmax and Fmax-FL of SSBR/BR blend increased.The hardness,tensile strength and tear strength of SSBR/BR blend increased,the wear resistance improved and the overall rebound value showed a decreasing trend,while the compression fatigue temperature rise increased. Moreover,the Payne effect of SSBR/BR blend filled with large particle size and low specific surface area carbon black was weaker,with a reduced loss factor at 60 ℃. |
