      以235/40R18半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,基于Abaqus软件建立轮胎有限元模型,分析带束层贴合鼓周长对轮胎接地印痕的影响。结果表明,贴合鼓周长增大,成品轮胎1#带束层角度减小,2#带束层角度增大,接地印痕长轴长度增大,短轴长度减小,接地面积减小,带束层和冠带层主要承受压应力;贴合鼓周长减小,则变化趋势正相反。
英文摘要:
      Taking 235/40R18 steel-belted radial tire as the research object,a finite element model of the tire was established based on Abaqus software to analyze the influence of the belt building drum circumference on the tire contact footprint.The results showed that as the building drum circumference increased,the angle of the 1# belt of the finished tire decreased,the angle of the 2# belt increased,the length of the long axis of the contact footprint increased,the length of the short axis decreased,and the contact area decreased.The belt and crown layer mainly beared compressive stress.As the building drum circumference decreased,the changes were opposite.
