研究溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的官能化改性对白炭黑/SSBR复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:与未加入硅烷偶联剂的SSBR胶料相比,加入硅烷偶联剂的SSBR胶料的门尼粘度和转矩减小,t5延长,t90缩短;与未改性SSBR胶料相比,官能化改性SSBR胶料的硬度和10%定伸应力减小,300%定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,耐磨性能提高;白炭黑的分散性得到改善,胶料的Payne效应减弱,滞后损失和滚动阻力降低,抗湿滑性能提高。 |

The effect of functionalization modification of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber (SSBR) on the properties of silica/SSBR composite was investigated.The results showed that compared with the SSBR compound without silane coupling agent,the Mooney viscosity and torque of the SSBR compound with silane coupling agent decreased,t5 was prolonged,and the t90 was shortened.Compared with unmodified SSBR compound,the hardness and modulus at 10% of the functionalized modified SSBR compound decreased,the modulus at 300% and tensile strength increased,and the wear resistance improved.The dispersibility of silica improved,the Payne effect of the compound was weakened,the hysteresis loss and the rolling resistance was reduced,and the wet slip resistance was improved. |
