The application of pyrolytic carbon black in bead heel componnd of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that replacing 5 phr of carbon black N330 with 10 phr of pyrolysis carbon black in the bead heel componnd,the processability and physical properties of the compound were basically equivalent,the loss factor at 60 ℃ and the compression set decreased,the durability performance of finished tires were good,while the cost of the bead heel compound was effectively reduced. |
