      介绍245/70R17.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 789 mm,断面宽 252 mm,行驶面宽度 210 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 443.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 203 mm,断面水平轴位置( H1/H2) 1.008 7,胎面采用混合花纹设计,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹饱和度 69%,花纹周节数 49。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶和小翼胶复合结构,1#和2#带束层采用4+3×0.33ST钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层使用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。

      The design on 215/70R17.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 789 mm,cross-section width 252 mm,width of running surface 210 mm,arc height of running surface 6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 443.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 203 mm,maximum width position of cross-section( H1/H2) 1.008 7,adopting mixed pattern design for tread,pattern depth 15 mm,block/total ratio 69%,and number of pattern pitches 49.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:adopting complex structure of tread compound and small-wing compound for tread,4+3×0.33ST steel cord for 1#and 2# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE for 0° belt,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tires and dual-model vulcanizing press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,durability and high-speed performance all met the corresponding design and national standards.
