| 研究1层3＋9×0.175NT钢丝帘布替代2层1667dtex/2-28EPI聚酯帘布在215/75R15LT 8PR泥地轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明，将3＋9×0.175NT钢丝帘线应用于215/75R15LT 8PR泥地轮胎胎体中，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求，高速性能满足企业标准要求，刚度性能有明显提高。轮胎性能满足市场需求，质量略微减小，具有一定的经济效益。 |

| The application of one-layer 3＋9×0.175NT steel cord fabric in the carcass of 215/75R15LT 8PR mud tire replacing 2-layer 1667dtex/2-28EPI polyester cord fabric was investigated.The results indicated that using 3＋9× 0.175NT steel cord in 215/75R15LT 8PR mud tire carcass，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards，the high-speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard，and the stiffness performance was significantly improved.The tire performance met market demand with slightly reduced weight and certain economic benefits. |
