以11.00R20全钢子午线轮胎为对象,研究胎冠弧弦长与行驶面宽度之比对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:胎冠弧弦长与行驶面宽度之比影响轮胎的接地印痕形状以及胎肩部位的剪应力最大值和应变能密度最大值,而对1#—3#带束层的剪应力最大值和应变能密度最大值影响不明显;胎冠弧弦长与行驶面宽度之比取55.5%~55.9%为宜。 |

Taking 11.00R20 all-steel radial tire as the object,the effect of ratio of tire crown arc chord length to runing surface width on tire performance was studied.The results showed that the ratio of tire crown arc chord length to runing surface width effected the shape of the tire footprint and the maximum shear stress and maximum strain energy density of the tire shoulder,but had no obvious effect on the maximum shear stress and maximum strain energy density of the 1#—3# belts.The optimal ratio of tire crown arc chord length to runing surface width should be between 55.5% and 55.9%. |
