      研究新型硅烷偶联剂IMLV在白炭黑填充胎面胶中的应用,并利用气相色谱分析仪对密炼过程中产生的非甲烷总烃(NMHC)总量进行监控。结果表明:在胎面胶中采用硅烷偶联剂IMLV等量替代硅烷偶联剂Si69,胶料的门尼粘度减小,焦烧时间延长,硫化速率增大,Payne效应增强;硫化胶的300%定伸应力减小,拉断伸长率、DIN磨耗量和损耗因子增大,硬度、拉伸强度和回弹值相当;密炼过程中产生的NMHC总量明显降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of new silane coupling agent IMLV in the silica filled tread compound was studied,and used a gas chromatography analyzer to monitor the total amount of non methane total hydrocarbons(NMHC) generated during the mixing process.The results showed that by using an equal amount of silane coupling agent IMLV instead of silane coupling agent Si69 in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased,the scorching time was prolonged,the vulcanization rate was increased,and the Payne effect was strengthened.The modulus at 300% of the vulcanizate was decreased,the elongation at break,the DIN wear and loss factor were increased,the hardness,tensile strength and rebound value were comparable.The NMHC total amount generated during the mixing process was significantly reduced.
