研究奇耐?N9在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶生产配方中添加2份奇耐?N9,胶料的密度增大,物理性能相当,但气孔率明显下降,工艺性能改善。采用试验胶料制备的315/80R22.5 20PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能与生产轮胎没有明显差异,生产成本降低。 |
英文摘要: |
The application of cheenibe?N9 in tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that adding 2 phr of cheenibe?N9 to the production formula of tread compound,the density of the compound increased,the physical properties were equivalent,but the porosity significantly decreased,and the process ability improved.The durability and high-speed performance of 315/80R22.5 20PR truck and bus radial tire prepared with experimental compound showed no significant difference compared to production tire,resulting in reduced production costs. |
