      以245/45R18半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,建立有限元模型,对轮胎胎面胶配方进行正交试验设计,研究配方对轮胎径向刚度、横向刚度、纵向刚度和扭转刚度的影响。结果表明:胎面胶配方对轮胎扭转刚度的影响最大,其次为纵向刚度、横向刚度,对径向刚度几乎无影响;炭黑N234、白炭黑7000GR和环保芳烃油的用量是影响轮胎刚度的主要因素,轮胎刚度随炭黑N234和白炭黑7000GR用量的增大而增大,随环保芳烃油用量的增大而减小;炭黑N234与白炭黑7000GR呈相互减弱的交互作用,炭黑N234与环保芳烃油、白炭黑7000GR与环保芳烃油为相互增强的交互作用。
英文摘要:
      Taking 245/45R18 steel-belted radial tire as the research object,the finite element model was established,and orthogonal experimental design was carried out on the tire tread compound formula to study the effects of different formulas on the radial stiffness,lateral stiffness,longitudinal stiffness and torsional stiffness of tire.The results showed that the tread compound formula had the greatest impact on the torsional stiffness of tire,followed by longitudinal stiffness and lateral stiffness stiffness,and had almost no effect on radial stiffness.The dosage of carbon black N234,silica 7000GR and environmentally friendly aromatic oil were the main factor affecting tire stiffness.The tire stiffness increased with the increase of carbon black N234 and silica 7000GR dosage,and decreased with the increase of environmentally friendly aromatic oil dosage.There was a weakened interaction between carbon black N234 and silica 7000GR,while there was a strengthened interaction between carbon black N234 and environmentally friendly aromatic oil,and between silica 7000GR and environmentally friendly aromatic oil.
