      分析全钢子午线轮胎(TBR)成型充气后胎体钢丝帘线起筋的原因并提出解决措施。造成胎体钢丝帘线起筋的主要原因是钢丝帘线与胶料之间的粘合性能降低,成型充气后钢丝帘线与胶料轻微分离,帘布轴向表面钢丝帘线突出。通过调整胶料配方可提高钢丝帘线与胶料之间的粘合性能,通过调整压延和成型工艺可提升帘布压延质量,解决胎体钢丝帘线起筋问题,提高成品轮胎的耐久性能。
英文摘要:
      The causes of steel cord stiffening in the carcass of truck and bus radial tire was analyzed and the corrective actions was proposed.The main reason of steel and siffening in the carcass was the adhesive property between the steel cord and the compound decreased,the steel cord was slightly separated from the compound after building and inflation,and the steel cord on the axial surface of the cord was prominent.The adhesive property between the steel cord and the compound could be improved by adjusting the formula of the compound,and the calendering quality of the steel cord fabric could be improved by adjusting the calendering and building processes,and the stiffening of the carcass steel cord could be solved,and the durability of finished tire was proved.
