| 介绍215/65R16C轻型载重雪地轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 682 mm，断面宽 222 mm，行驶面宽度 174 mm，行驶面弧度高 8 mm，胎圈着合直径 404.2 mm，胎圈着合宽度 184 mm，断面水平轴位置（ H/1/H/2） 1.07，胎面花纹采用曲折纵沟和大角度横沟的组合设计，花纹深度 9.5 mm，花纹饱和度 70%，花纹周节数 34。施工设计：胎面胶采用低温专用配方，胎体采用2层1300dtex/2聚酯帘布，带束层采用2层2＋2×0.35HT钢丝帘线，采用二次法成型机成型、B型双模液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能、耐久性能、滚动阻力、湿地抓着力、雪地抓着力以及室外噪声均达到相应标准要求。 |

| The design on 215/65R16C light truck and bus snow tire was introduced.In the structural design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 682 mm，cross-section width 222 mm，width of running surface 174 mm，arc height of running surface 8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 404.2 mm，bead width at rim seat 184 mm，maximum width position of cross section（ H/1/H/2） 1.07，using a combination design of zigzag longitudinal grooves and large angle transverse grooves for tread pattern，pattern depth 9.5 mm，block/total ratio 70%，and number of pattern pitches 34.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using a special low-temperature formula compound for tread，using two layers of 1300dtex/2 polyester cord fabric for carcass，2 layers 2＋2×0.35HT steel cords for belt，using two-stage building machine to build tires and B type dual-mode hydraulic curing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tires showed that the inflation peripheral dimension，strength，high-speed performance，durability，rolling resistance，wet grip，snow grip and outdoor noise of the tire met the corresponding standards. |
