      针对1270×455 R22型航空子午线轮胎结构,提出一种几何参数化的建模方法。该方法使用参数39个(描述轮胎几何信息的参数16个,调整轮胎几何轮廓的参数23个),通过建立截面外轮廓,钢丝圈、三角胶和胎体帘布层的轮廓,带束层、增强层与胎面的轮廓和帘线设计,可以精确建立航空子午线轮胎二维截面的几何模型。该方法可以加速轮胎结构的建模。
英文摘要:
      A geometric parametric modeling method for the structure of 1270×455 R22 aircraft radial tire was proposed.This method used 39 parameters(16 parameters to describe the geometric information of the tire,and 23 parameters to adjust the geometric contour of the tire).By establishing the contour of the outer section,the contour of the bead,apex,and carcass cord,the contour of the belt layer,reinforcement layer,and tread,and the cord design,it could accurately establish a two-dimensional geometric model of the aircraft radial tire section.This method could accelerate the modeling of the tire structure.
