中文摘要:
      研究多壁碳纳米管GC-21在全钢巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中以多壁碳纳米管GC-21部分替代炭黑N234,可改善胶料的导热性能,提高胶料的定伸应力、拉伸强度、耐磨性能和抗撕裂性能,胶料生热降低;成品轮胎的内部温度降低,使用寿命延长。
英文摘要:
      The application of multi-wall carbon nanotubes GC-21 in the tread compound of giant off-the-road(OTR) tire was studied.The results showed that replacing carbon black N234 partially with multi-wall carbon nanotubes GC-21 in tread compound could improve the thermal conductivity of compound,increase the modulus,tensile strength,wear resistance and tear resistance of compound,and reduce the heat build-up of compound.The internal temperature of the finished tire was reduced and the service life was extended.
