      研究钢丝帘线的单丝直径、强度和结构设计对其弯曲疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:相同结构、同等强度等级的钢丝帘线,随着单丝直径的增大,钢丝帘线的破断力提高,但疲劳寿命反而缩短;相同结构、相同单丝直径的钢丝帘线,随着钢丝帘线破断力的增大,疲劳寿命显著延长;单丝直径与单丝根数相同,但结构不同的钢丝帘线,呈线接触1+18结构钢丝帘线的弯曲疲劳性能优于呈点接触1+6+12结构钢丝帘线;钢丝帘线超高强度化且具有良好的耐疲劳性能是轮胎钢丝帘线骨架材料的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the monofilament diameter,strength and structure of steel cord on the bending fatigue properties of steel cord was studied. The results showed that for steel cords with the same structure and the same strength grade,the breaking force of the steel cord increased with the increase of the monofilament diameter,but the fatigue life was shortened instead. For steel cords with the same structure and the same monofilament diameter,with the increase of the breaking force of the steel cord,the fatigue life was significantly prolonged. For steel cords with the same diameter and number of single filaments,but with different structures,the bending fatigue properties of line contact 1+18 structure steel cord were better than point contact 1 + 6 + 12 structure steel cord. The ultra-high strength steel cord and good fatigue resistance were the development trend of the tire steel cord skeleton material.
