研究轮胎实车磨耗试验数据不同分析方法得到的轮胎磨耗预估里程与第三方机构预估里程(基准值)之间的相关性。结果表明:局域点算法和全域点算法15 000 km行驶里程下轮胎磨耗预估里程与基准值之间的相关性因数大于10 000 km行驶里程下轮胎磨耗预估里程与基准值之间的相关性因数;在不同行驶里程下,局域点算法轮胎磨耗预估里程与基准值之间的相关性因数大于全域点算法轮胎磨耗预估里程与基准值之间的相关性因数;可以局域点算法得到的15 000 km行驶里程下轮胎磨耗预估里程代替第三方机构20 000 km行驶里程得到的基准值。 |

The correlation between the tire wear estimated mileage obtained by different analysis methods of tire vehicle wear test data and the estimated mileage of a third-party organization(reference value) was studied.The results showed that the correlation factor between the tire wear estimated mileage of the local point algorithm and the global point algorithm under the driving mileage of 15 000 km and the reference value was bigger than that under the driving mileage of 10 000 km and the reference value. Under different driving mileage,the correlation factor between the tire wear estimated mileage of the local point algorithm and the reference value was bigger than that of the global point algorithm and the reference value.The tire wear estimated mileage under the driving mileage of 15 000 km from the local point algorithm could be used instead of the reference value obtained by the third-party organization under 20 000 km driving mileage. |
