      采用氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用比为70/30的生胶体系,通过调整混炼工艺改变炭黑在两种不同橡胶相中的分布,研究炭黑分布对CIIR/NR并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:当炭黑更多地分布到NR相中,胶料的门尼粘度、FL和Fmax较大,Payne效应较强,硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度较大,胶料在低温区的损耗因子(tanδ)较大,在常温及高温区的tanδ较小;而当炭黑更多地分布到CIIR相中,胶料的气密性较好。

      By adjusting the mixing process to change the distribution of carbon black in two different rubber phases in a 70/30 raw rubber system with chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR)/natural rubber(NR) blend,the influence of carbon black distribution on the properties of CIIR/NR blend was studied.The results showed that when more carbon black was distributed in the NR phase,the Mooney viscosity,FL and Fmax of the compound were larger,the Payne effect was stronger,and the hardness,modulus and tensile strength of the vulcanizate were larger.The loss factor(tanδ) of the compound in low temperature areas was bigger,the tanδ in normal temperature and high temperature areas was smaller.When more carbon black was distributed in the CIIR phase,the air tightness was better.
