| The reasons why the conductive compound of steel-belted radial tire tread was easy to be interrupted in four coextrusion process of tread were analyzed from the aspects of mixing compound quality，extrusion feeding mode，pre-die，die，operation method and process parameters.By strictly controlling the quality of the mix compound，improving the extrusion feeding mode and operation method，optimizing the pre-die and die design，reasonably matching the rotational speed of the extrusion screws and installing on-line electric resistivity measuring device in tread extrusion，the easy interruption problem in the conductive compound extrusion was effectively solved，and the tread production efficiency and extrusion quality were improved. |
