      介绍ST205/75R15 8PR拖车专用轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 682 mm,断面宽 206 mm,行驶面宽度 138 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 378.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度 166 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.98,胎面采用4条折线纵沟对称花纹,花纹深度 7.3 mm,花纹饱和度 67%,花纹周节数 62。施工设计:胎体采用2层1440dtex/2聚酯帘布,带束层采用2层2+2×0.35HT钢丝帘线,采用两鼓胶囊成型机二次法工艺成型、热板式硫化机氮气硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、高速和耐久性能均达到相应的设计和标准要求。

      The design of ST205/75R15 8PR trailer tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?682 mm,cross-sectional width?206 mm,width of running surface 138 mm,arc height of running surface 6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?378.8 mm,bead width at rim seat?166 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)? 0.98,the tread adopted 4 fold,longitudinal grooves and symmetrical patterns,pattern depth?7.3 mm,block/total ratio?67%,and number of pattern pitches?62.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using two layers 1440dtex/2 polyester cord fabric for carcass,two layers 2+2×0.35HT steel cord for belt,and using the two drum capsule building machine and secondary process to build tire,the hot plate curing press to nitrogen cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the corresponding design and standard requirements.
