| 介绍225/95R16C 118/116S半钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 830 mm，断面宽 214 mm，行驶面宽度 170 mm，行驶面弧度高 8 mm，胎圈着合直径 404.8 mm，胎圈着合宽度 178 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.961，胎面花纹为对称形式，花纹深度 11.5 mm，花纹饱和度 57.53%，花纹周节数 27。施工设计：带束层采用2层3＋8×0.23HT钢丝帘布，胎体采用3层1670dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布，采用二次法成型机成型、液压硫化机氮气硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关标准和开发要求。 |

| The design on 225/95R16C 118/116S steel-belted light truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 830 mm，cross-sectional width 214 mm，width of running surface 170 mm，arc height of running surface 8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 404.8 mm，bead width at rim seat 178 mm，maximum width position of cross section（H1/H2） 0.961，symmetric pattern for tread，pattern depth 11.5 mm，block/total ratio 57.53%，and the number of pattern pitches 27.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：two-layer 3＋8×0.23HT steel cord for belt，three-layer 1670dtex/2 DSP polyester fabric cord for carcass，using double stage building machine to build tire，and hydraulic curing press to cure tire with nitrogen.The results of the finished tire tests showed that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，endurance and high speed performance of tire met the requirements of relative standards and development. |
