      研究防护蜡在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用效果,选用改性防护蜡HG72B和高温防护蜡H7075B与进口防护蜡进行对比。结果表明:在轮胎胎侧胶中添加防护蜡,能改善胶料的加工安全性,显著提高硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳、耐热氧老化及动态力学性能;3种防护蜡在40 ℃下的臭氧老化防护效果相当;防护蜡HG72B的晶核小,形成的蜡膜致密度和均匀度高、厚薄适中,耐喷霜性能突出;防护蜡HG72B具有优异的50 ℃高温臭氧老化和天候老化防护效果,对于改善胎侧胶的外观具有显著的优势,高温防护蜡H7075B的防护效果略次于防护蜡HG72B,明显优于进口防护蜡。
英文摘要:
      The application effect of protective wax in sidewall compound of tire was studied,and the modified protective wax HG72B and high temperature protective wax H7075B were compared with imported protective wax.The results showed that,by adding protective wax in the sidewall compound,the processing safety of the compounds could be improved and the flexural fatigue resistance,heat-oxygen aging resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizates could be significantly improved.The ozone aging protection effect of three protective waxes at 40 ℃ were comparable.The protective wax HG72B had small crystal nucleus,the wax film formed had high density and uniformity,moderate thickness and outstanding blooming resistance.The protective wax HG72B had excellent protection effect against 50 ℃ high-temperature ozone aging and weathering aging,which had significant advantages in improving the appearance of sidewall compound.The protection effect of high-temperature protective wax H7075B was slightly inferior to that of protective wax HG72B and obviously better than that of imported protective wax.
