| 研究胎圈增强胶片在轻型载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明：胎圈增强胶片可明显提升胎圈耐久性能；与胎体帘布贴合增强胶片相比，增强胶片与胎侧型胶复合挤出可以提高生产效率、降低生产成本，并进一步提高轮胎及其胎圈的耐久性能；与使用较低硬度和模量增强胶片的轮胎相比，使用较高硬度和模量增强胶片的轮胎及其胎圈耐久性能均更好。 |

| The application of bead reinforced sheet compound in light truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that bead reinforced sheet compound could significantly improve the durability of bead.Compared with the reinforced sheet compound laminating carcass cord fabric，the composite extrusion of reinforced sheet compound and sidewall compound could improve the production efficiency，reduce the production cost，and further improve the durability of tire and its bead.Compared with the tire using the reinforced sheet compound with lower hardness and modulus，the tire and its bead durability using the reinforced sheet compound with higher hardness and modulus were better. |
