| 介绍针对超长运距的21.00R35 E2高速工程机械子午线轮胎的开发。结构设计：外直径 1 990 mm，断面宽 568 mm，行驶面宽度 480 mm，行驶面弧度高 13 mm，胎圈着合直径 882 mm，胎圈着合宽度 406.4 mm，断面水平轴位置（H/1/H/2） 0.88，胎面采用4条主花纹沟槽、小块状花纹带有散热小沟槽设计，花纹深度 32 mm，花纹饱和度 67.8%，花纹周节数 53。施工设计：胎面胶采用高耐磨、抗刺扎胶料，基部胶采用低生热胶料，1#—3#带束层采用3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15NT钢丝帘线，4#带束层采用4×6×0.25NT HE钢丝帘线，胎体采用7×7×0.25＋0.15HT钢丝帘线，采用一次法成型机成型、单模蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸达到国家标准要求，耐久性能达到企业标准要求。 |

| The development of 21.00R35 E2 high speed off-the-road radial tire for super long haul distance was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?
1 990 mm，cross-sectional width?568 mm，width of running surface 480 mm，height of running surface 13 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?882 mm，bead width at rim seat?406.4 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H/1/H/2）?0.88，the tread was designed with 4 main pattern grooves and small block pattern with small heat dissipation grooves，pattern depth?32 mm，block/total ratio?67.8%，and number of pattern pitches?53.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using high wear resistance and puncture resistance tread compound，and low heat build-up base compound，3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15NT steel cord for 1#—3# belt，and 4×6×0.25NT HE steel cord for 4# belt，7×7×0.25＋0.15HT steel cord for carcass，and using one stage building machine to build tire，single mold steamer type vulcanizing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimention met the requirements of national standard，and the durability met the requirements of enterprise standards. |
