      采用硼酸酯类白炭黑分散剂BF-1对普通沉淀法白炭黑HM-1170进行改性并进行细化,研究改性细化白炭黑在半钢绿色轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。结果表明,与采用未改性白炭黑的胶料相比,采用改性细化白炭黑胶料的物理性能相当,加工性能、白炭黑分散性、绿色低滞后性能、耐热空气老化性能和滚动阻力性能等均有较大程度地改善,在绿色半钢轮胎胎面胶中有较好的应用效果。
英文摘要:
      The common precipitated silica HM-1170 was modified by borate ester silica dispersant BF-1 and then refined,and the application effect of modified fine silica in steel-belted green tire tread compound was studied.The results showed that,compared with that of the compound filled with unmodified silica,the physical property of the compound filled with modified fine silica was similar,and the processability,silica dispersibility,green low hysteresis properties,heat aging resistance and rolling resistance property were greatly improved.It had good application effect in steel-belted green tire tread compound.
