中文摘要:
      研究2×0.30ST钢丝帘线在175/65R14 82H半钢子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明:使用2×0.30ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.30HT钢丝帘线用于175/65R14 82H半钢子午线轮胎带束层,工艺性能满足轮胎生产要求,成品轮胎性能达到或高于国家标准要求;与3×0.30HT钢丝帘线相比,2×0.30ST钢丝帘线直径和线密度小,压延帘布厚度减小,有利于实现轮胎轻量化,从而降低轮胎滚动阻力、生产成本以及燃料消耗。
英文摘要:
      The application of 2×0.30ST steel cord in the belt of 175/65R14 82H steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that,using 2×0.30ST steel cord instead of 3×0.30HT steel cord in the belt of 175/65R14 82H steel-belted radial tire,the processing properties met the tire production requirements,and the performance of finished tire met or exceeded the national standard requirements.Compared with 3×0.30HT steel cord,the diameter and the line density of 2×0.30ST steel cord were smaller,the thickness of calendering cord was reduced,which was conducive to realizing tire lightweight,so as to reduce the rolling resistance,production cost and fuel consumption.
