研究裂解炭黑(CBp)在叉车轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中以CBp等量替代炭黑N550,胶料的门尼粘度减小,使用20份CBp的胶料门尼焦烧时间相当,硫化胶的定伸应力和拉伸强度减小,拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,炭黑分散性下降;改性CBp硫化胶的耐磨性能优于CBp硫化胶。使用CBp等量替代炭黑N550可显著降低生产成本。 |

the application of pyrolysis carbon black in forklift tread was studied, the difference was verified by comparing with commercial carbon black.The results showed that, pyrolysis carbon black was used in the formula to equal replace 33% commercial carbon black N550, the reinforcing performance and abrasion performance were slightly worse than that of N550, and the rubber in the process scorch safety.On the premise of meeting the rubber performance requirements, in order to reduce the production cost, it is a good choice to promote the application of pyrolysis carbon black in the tread of low-speed industrial tires such as forklifts. |
