研究0.37+6×0.32ST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明:以具有优异橡胶渗透性能和耐腐蚀性能的0.37+6×0.32ST钢丝帘线替代传统的3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线应用于全钢载重子午线轮胎带束工作层,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、静负荷性能和室内耐久性能相当,强度提高,同时可减小轮胎质量,降低生产成本。 |

The application of 0.37+6×0.32ST steel cord in the belt of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,by using 0.37+6×0.32ST steel cord with excellent rubber permeability and corrosion resistance to replace the traditional 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for the belt working layer of truck and bus radial tire,the inflated peripheral dimension,static load performance and indoor durability of the tire were equivalent,the strength was improved,the tire mass and production cost could be reduced. |
