      以205/55R16 91V轮胎为例,采用正交试验设计方法研究带束层角度、带束层宽度、带束层材料和锦纶冠带层缠绕方式对轮胎横向刚性的影响。结果表明:较优施工设计方案为带束层角度 26°,带束层宽度 170 mm,带束层材料 单根帘线强力700 N,冠带层缠绕方式 单层;4个因素对轮胎横向刚性影响由大到小的顺序为带束层材料、带束层宽度、带束层角度、锦纶冠带层缠绕方式。对试验结果进行的方差分析表明,4个因素两两之间均存在交互作用。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the effects of belt angle, belt width, belt material and nylon belt winding method on the lateral rigidity of the tire were studied by orthogonal test design method. The results of orthogonal test were analyzed by range analysis method. The result shows: belt material has the greatest influence on the lateral rigidity of the tire, the influence of various factors on the lateral rigidity of the tire is:belt material>belt width>belt angle>nylon belt winding method;Preferred solution:belt angle:26°,belt width:170mm,belt material:strength single cord:700N, nylon belt winding method:single layer;Finally, the test results was analyzed by variance analysis method, the result shows:there are interactions between the four factors.
