| 研究白炭黑填充天然橡胶胶料中加料顺序对硅烷化反应及胶料性能的影响。结果表明:与防老剂和活化剂在一段混炼时加入相比,防老剂和活化剂在二或三段混炼时加入,白炭黑与硅烷偶联剂的反应更彻底,胶料的门尼粘度降低,门尼焦烧时间延长,Payne效应减弱,结合胶含量增大;硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐磨性能提高,60 ℃时的损耗因子减小。 |
