| 针对钢丝圈安全倍数采用简化静态胎圈张力公式计算不能精确确定重载和使用条件苛刻轮胎钢丝圈设计正确性的问题，提出胎圈设计应考虑钢丝圈所受的内压张力、过盈力、扭矩产生张力和离心力产生张力的综合力，进行动态承载安全倍数计算。不同市场重载轮胎产品钢丝圈设计与实际使用效果对比证明了采用动态承载安全倍数评价钢丝圈设计的合理性和科学性。 |
