      以235/45R18轿车子午线轮胎为例,采用Abaqus有限元分析软件建立子午线轮胎的力学仿真模型,研究带束层角度对轿车子午线轮胎高速性能的影响。结果表明,在20°~30°区间内,随着带束层角度的增大,轮胎的高速性能逐渐提高。成品轮胎室内转鼓试验证实了有限元分析结果的正确性。
英文摘要:
      Taking 235/45R18 passenger car radial tire as an example,the mechanical simulation model of radial tire was established by using Abaqus finite element analysis software to study the effect of belt angle on high speed performance of passenger car radial tire.The results showed that the high speed performance of tire increased gradually with the increase of the belt angle in the range of 20°~30°.The results of the finite element analysis were verified by the drum test of finished tire.
