| 研究几种聚丁二烯橡胶(BR)在半钢子午线轮胎胎圈胶中的应用。结果表明:BR-B胶料兼顾补强性能和滞后损失,综合性能优异;CB24和BR-A胶料的滞后损失小,有利于降低生热,改善胎圈部位的使用性能;VCR412的补强性能最佳,在不考虑生热的情况下是胎圈胶配方较佳的选择;CB60在对比的几种BR中生热最高。 |

| The application of different polybutadiene rubber in the bead compound of steel-belted radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,BR-B compound had excellent comprehensive properties,considering both reinforcing performance and hysteresis loss.CB24 and BR-A compound had small hysteresis loss,which was beneficial to reduce heat build-up and improve the service performance of bead.VCR412 had the best reinforcing performance,and was the better choice of bead compound formula without considering heat build-up.CB60 had the highest heat build-up in the several comparative BR. |
