| 介绍13.2-16 12PR R-1 农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 903mm,断面宽270mm,行驶面宽度245mm,弧度高18,胎圈着合直径405mm,胎圈着和宽度240mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.67。花纹型号R-1,花纹深度28mm,花块饱和度 28%,花纹周节数18。施工设计：胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用4层高强度1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用φ1.0mm的回火胎圈钢丝,采用半芯轮式成型鼓,B型硫化机。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸及物理机械性能均满足设计及企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 13.2-16-12PR R-1 AgriculturalStire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 903 mm, cross-sectional width 270 mm, width of running surface245 mm, height of running surface 18 ,bead diameter at rim seat 405mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1／H2)0.67.and using R-1 tread pattern, pattern"s depth 28 mm,block／total ratio28%, tread"s pitch 18. In the construction design,the following processes were taken: one-formula and one-piece tread,4 of high stength 1400dtex／2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,1.0mm tempering bead wire was applied in the tire bead,using semi-drum buliding machine to bulid tires and curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that the perpheral dimension and physical properties and so on met the requirements of design and relative standards． |
