      介绍二次法成型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外轮廓设计采用平衡轮廓理论,优选曲线参数,轮胎胎冠弧线采用一段弧线加切线设计,确保胎面压力的均匀分布;胎面花纹采用3道纵沟的块状驱动花纹。施工设计:胎面采用四复合结构,增加翼胶;胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线;带束层采用4层带束层加0°带束层结构,选用3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线;胎圈部位采用锦纶66包布增强。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能满足国家标准要求,胎圈耐久性能优异。
英文摘要:
      The design on truck and bus radial tire made by two-step building was described.In the structure design,the outer contour design using the balance contour theory,and the curve parameters were preferred.The tire crown arc adopted a section of arc and tangent design to ensure the uniform distribution of the tread pressure.The tread pattern using block driving pattern with three longitudinal grooves.In the construction design,the following precesses were taken:four-part co-extruded tread,using the wing rubber; 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,4 layer adding 0° belt structure,3+9+15×0.225HT steel cord for belts,bead fabric reinforced with nylon 66 chafer.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral demension,strength performance and durability met the requirements of national standards,and the bead durability was excellent.
