对现用跑气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶配方进行优化。试验结果表明:在天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶生胶体系中并用热塑性弹性体,并调整炭黑用量后,胶料的门尼焦烧时间和正硫化时间延长,抗硫化返原性能提高,工艺性能良好;硫化胶的硬度和拉伸强度增大,生热降低,耐老化性能改善;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。 |
英文摘要: |
The existing formulation of the sidewall support compound for run-flat tire was optimized.The results showed that,by adding thermoplastic elastomer in the NR/BR blend,and decreasing the addition level of BR and carbon black N550,the Mooney scorching time and optimum curing time of the compound were extended,the anti-reversion performance was improved,and the processability was good.The physical properties and aging resistance of the vulcanizate were improved,the heat build-up was decreased.The endurance of the finished tire improved. |
