      从硫化体系、增塑体系、加工助剂三方面对全钢子午线轮胎上三角胶配方进行优化设计研究,通过小配合试验、大配合试验、试制胎机床试验,对优化后的配方进行全面性能测试,结果表明:调整硫化体系,提升多硫键含量,在不影响工艺操作性能的前提下,减少芳烃油用量,减少增粘树脂的用量,能显著提升上三角填充胶料的耐疲劳性,轮胎的胎圈耐久性能得到提升。

      From three aspects of the curing system, the plasticizing system and the processing aid, the optimum design of the upper bead filler for all steel radial tire was studied. Through the small coordination test, the large coordination test and the test machine test, The overall performance test was carried out on the optimized formula. The results show that adjusting the curing system and increasing the content of the polysulfide bond, On the premise of not affecting the operating performance of the process, Reduce aromatic oil content, reduce the content of tackifier resin, The fatigue resistance of t the upper bead filler is improved, The durability of the tires is improved.
